Electronic Arts has released the sixth developer diary for Dante's Inferno (PS3, PSP, and Xbox 360),
the controversial video game adaptation based on the epic first part of
Dante's Divine Comedy. In the latest video installment, the developer's

British MPs are apparently not impressed with Activision's Modern Warfare 2 (PC, PS3 and Xbox 360).
Keith Vaz, noted anti-game politician, has made comments about the game
to the Daily Mail, saying he is "absolutely shocked" at the game's
violence. |

The first batch of DLCs are head to Borderlands this month. "The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned" has just been dated for a November 24th release. |

When Capcom asked its community members if they wanted DLC or a separate game for Resident Evil 5 Alternative Edition, they really wanted answers. As it turns out, more folks and heavier reasoning said they'd rather have DLC. Giving in to consumer preference, the publisher decided to have the version as downloadable content. |

The guys at FinalFantasyXIII.net got their hands on the latest issue of Shonen Jump and we now have new scans for Final Fantasy XIII (Xbox 360, PS3). From the looks of it, the Japanese gaming mag made a feature on the Espers, putting Alexander and a Chocobo taking center stage. |

To ensure that users get an age-appropriate environment, Microsoft has decided that the Twitter, Facebook, and Last.fm features soon-to-come on Xbox Live will be restricted to Xbox Live Gold users aged 18 and above. Minors, don't worry. Microsoft is now working on a patch to let you guys use the features, provided that your parents approve, that is. |

While GameStop and Activision are busy with the whole broken street date issue in the United States, Sainsbury's apparently decided that breaking the street date just isn't as fun as breaking the retail price point. Gamer Limit is now reporting that the UK retailer now has Modern Warfare 2 at an unbelievable price of £ 26, which is only about US$ 44. |

When news spread about GameStop breaking the street date on Modern Warfare 2, Chris Oliviera, the retailer's vp for corporate communications in Texas, contacted Kotaku to explain the situation. The exec confirms that GameStop indeed made the decision to break the street date, saying that it was "an effort to protect our customer base." |
