The Flash - Image 1When Brash Entertainment shut down, a lot of its projects either went down with it, or were left in the hands of other publishers. This game, featuring the DC Comics speedster, The Flash, was six months into development when it all happened, and what we've got right here is a video showing the potential that could've been realized.

Factor 5 logo - Image 1Factor 5, the San Rafael, CA-based US developer has now officially shut down for business after succumbing to financial trouble. The announcement was made on their official website, adorned with images of the games they have completed, mostly for the Star Wars franchise, and was also responsible for the PS3 title Lair.

saw - Image 1Brash Entertainment may not have been able to get out of bankruptcy, but at least they managed to save one of their babies - the Saw videogame (PS3, Xbox 360, PC) - from being shelved thanks to Konami, a company known for putting out Silent Hill, one of the biggest horror franchises in gaming. Turns out they're so hard up for money that they've stopped paying their developers altogether. Naturally, this means that a lot of their games, including one unannounced Superman title, are stuck in dev hell.
