Call of Duty: World at War is still top gun in the UK. So far, nothing's been able to knock it off the top of the software charts since it entered last month. Resistance 2, on the other hand, is only on its second week in the regions and has already fallen to 20th place.

The numbers are in from the UK and it looks like gamers are still too busy with Call of Duty: World at War to bother with Resistance 2, which entered the charts at 10th place. That's way lower than expected for the highly anticipated (or not) game.

The NPD Group, Chart Track, and Enterbrain put their heads together again and released their second Top Global Markets Report. The report details videogame sales in the US, UK, and Japan and lists the top five best selling games for Q3 of this year. First place went to EA's Madden 09 (Xbox 360, Wii, PSP, DS, PC, PS3, PS2)
