F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin - Image 1 Warner Bros. and Monolith Studios have announced a new DLC pack for F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin players to enjoy this September. The DLC pack, called F.E.A.R. 2: Reborn, will feature four new levels for the single-player campaign that coincide with the events in Project Origin. There's also a new title update that adds a little something to the game's multiplayer component. Details after the jump.

F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin - Image 1While ports are definitely a good way of spreading the love, so to speak, when it comes to game titles, there are still those instances that also do contribute to the negative end of the spectrum. Case in point, Monolith's F.E.A.R. (Xbox 360, PS3, PC) franchise.

That's one of the many reasons - most of them related to blood and the methods of making bodies spurt quarts of the stuff - why Monolith Productions' F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin (Xbox 360, PS3, PC) didn't make it past Australia's Office of Film and Literature Classification (OFLC).

FEAR: Project Origin - Image 1Sorry to the Australians who were waiting on this game: F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin (Xbox 360, PS3, PC) was refused classification by the Australian government, meaning the game cannot be sold in stores (not legally, anyway) - unsurprising, but disappointing nonetheless.

Project Origin E3 trailer - Image 1Monolith Productions has released a new trailer for their upcoming horror-FPS, Project Origin, just in time for this year's E3.
