It was way back in June when Nikkei Corporate reported that both Koei and Tecmo were working on looking to combine their respective IP to unite their fanbases. While it's not the Xtremely Bouncy Dead or Alive Bikini Beach Volleyball that some folks were hoping for, the new rollout is still very much capable of meeting the now merged publishers' goal of bringing fanbases together.

It's been a tough day for Ninja Gaiden 2 fans. Tecmo and Team Ninja have just put out word via press release that the anticipated action exclusive for the Xbox 360, Ninja Gaiden 2, has just gone gold and will launch as scheduled on the third of June.
