2K Sports has finally revealed the details of the upcoming patch for the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of NBA 2K10. The game, which was released early this month, has hit a snag with players experiencing poor frame rate, online issues, lackluster A.I and various other glitches. Despite introducing a more affordable price point for the Xbox 360, Microsoft did not enjoy as big a boom as Sony with the PS3 Slim-and-price-cut combo. Things are looking even more glum for Microsoft in its competitors' home turf, Japan, where word is coming out that the Xbox 360 is already struggling.

There's no denying that some of the most addictive games out there are MMOs. But if you find it frustrating that you can't have them on your beloved PS3 and Xbox 360, blame Sony and Microsoft. According to Star Trek Online captain Craig Zinkievich, the two publishers don't understand console MMOs, making it difficult to bring the games to their respective systems.
