Josh Tsui - Image 1Tony Hawk: Ride (PS3, Xbox 360, Wii) is not even released yet, and already, talks of a sequel are already coming out. And it's not like it's from some obscure insider source too. Developer studio Robomodo's president, Josh Tsui, would be that "insider source," and you can't get any more reliable than that.

Tony Hawk - Image 1Let's talk some more about this curious little peripheral for Tony Hawk: RIDE (PS3, Xbox 360, Wii), shall we? Yes, I am referring to the skateboard controller that you will use for the game. This motion-sensing controller allows for "unprecedented freedom and movement," so said Activision's press release. And what's this? You can actually use it for non-Skating games?

Guitar Heidi - Image 1So we've seen David Archuleta and David Cook have a round of their own Guitar Hero RIsky Business ads. Today, we see none other than model-slash-"actress" Heidi Klum strut her own stuff for Activision's rhythm title. There are actually two versions of Heidi Klum's ad. As Isaac C put it, one is the "day time version" while the other, the director's cut, is the one they air for "after dark" shows. You'll see why in the full article.

Activision Blizzard - Image 1What can we expect from the upcoming Tony Hawk game? A skateboard, according to analyst Doug Cruetz. Apparently, the massive success (and the massive price points) of peripheral bundled games like Rock Band (Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Wii) is likely to be too strong a lure for publisher Activision Blizzard to simply ignore, lending some legitimacy to the rumors already buzzing about a bundled skateboard peripheral.

Robomodo - Image 1What happens after a development team gets dissolved? Sometimes they get shuttled off to other projects. Sometimes they get together, come up with a cool name and logo, and go independent. The people behind Robomodo chose the second option, and now they've got a new game coming up for Activision Blizzard. Find out more about the studio after the jump.

Rumor mill: On Lips to rival SingStar, You Don't Know Jack coming to Wii, Powers & Titans to be announced - Image 1In the same vein where you heard unconfirmed details of Call of Duty 5, Guitar Hero 4, the next Tony Hawk title, and Forza 3, we've learned that the Wii might be getting the ultimate party game for pop culture and trivia fans, while a new superhero game is to be announced for the high-powered gaming platforms at present. But what's also interesting is that Microsoft has prepared their own game to rival that of SingStar, the so-claimed pet project of former Sony exec Phil Harrison, who's now pursuing broader market dreams at Infogrames. More at the full story.
