Sure to raise the People's Eyebrow (pun definitely intended, because The Rock says so)... Movie screenwriter Chris Morgan is eying wrestler-now-turned-actor Dwayne Johnson (aka The Rock) as someone who can fill in Marcus Fenix's boots for the planned Gears of War movie. Yea, can yooooou smeeeeeeell... what the Fenix is cookin'?!

Not long after we've seen him rule the streets once again in "Fast and Furious," hardcore action star and gamer-at-heart Vin Diesel is gonna go back behind the wheel to star in the Wheelman movie, based on the PS3 and Xbox 360 game from Ubisoft. Details coming right up.

If you still haven't gotten your fill of the Vin Diesel vehicle Wheelman (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3) then here's some good news for you. Ubisoft has released a total of six new missions for the game. Five of the missions are bundled together in a premium pack priced at 400 MS Points (US$ 5) a pop while the sixth is free.

This week's batch is all about bashing stuff! From bashing plastic fighters in Rag Doll Kung Fu, bashing thugs in The Godfather II, and bashing whatever they did with Dragon Ball Evolution (oh the irony that they even called it "evolution"). But let's just dispense with the bashing for now and on to On Shelves This Week!

We already saw some videos where we got a few tidbits of the voice talents for The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena (PS3, Xbox 360) last Thursday, so now, we'll get some info on who will be the cast behind the characters of this new title from Atari.

The guys at Tigon Studios have released two new walkthrough videos of Chronicles of Riddick: Dark Athena, showing off some of the game's levels and acting talents. Vin Diesel's deep, ominous voice is already a talent in itself. Check out the vids after the link.
