Microsoft has finally confirmed the availability of  Xbox Live Video Marketplace in Europe and Canada this coming December 11. Canada Community correspondent Jade recently interviewed Xbox Live Global Marketing Manager Scott Nocas about the matter.

According to Nocas, the service will go live at exactly 12:01 a.m. PST on December 11 in Canada. The manager explained that the delay was due to certain considerations Microsoft had to make. More on this after the jump!

Finally, the Xbox Live Video Marketplace will be coming to Europe next week. While Microsoft has already outlined some of the content that will become available for download once the service launches, the company has yet to confirm if television content will also become available on the European XBLVM.
