Street Fighter IV producer Yoshinori Ono has laid out a few of his plans for the upcoming Super Street Fighter IV (PS3, Xbox 360) in a recent interview with Japanese gaming mag Famitsu. Hit the jump for details.

Street Fighter has long been a favorite in the arcades, with the best players in the world performing their best with the arcade stick over the console controller. Even with console versions of past iterations, many would still opt to buy joysticks to play in consoles. Unfortunately, it looks like people will be stuck with doing that in Super Street Fighter IV for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions since it has been confirmed: there won't be an arcade version.

And it did arrive. A couple of days ago, there were rumors regarding the impending arrival of a Super Street Fighter IV. When it first came out, we were open to the speculation of it being a mere expansion of sorts. Well it's not. It's just been revealed to GameSpot by producer Yoshinori Ono that it will be a stand-alone version.

Says the game's producer Yoshinori Ono, Capcom were able to make SFIV renditions for Dee Jay and T. Hawk. They just want to see how much you guys want them in the game. Uh-huh, such a tease.

Mad Catz Interactive, a leading third-party interactive entertainment accessory provider has announced that they'll be releasing Street Fighter IV accessories when the latest Capcom fighting game comes out on February. These accessories were designed to give the new Street Fighter experience a much better arcade feel for hardcore fans of the franchise. Details inside.

Pitted against each other are the movie prod's claim that the Street Fighter movie will be coming out on March 2009 in a simultaneous launch with the SFIV (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC) games.
