A new batch of screenshots have arrived for Electronic Arts' new survival-horror shooter, Dead Space. Before, the trailer only gave us brief glances of the aliens that have taken over the space mining ship, the USG Ishimura. The first batch of screenshots only gave us two clear shots of the aliens that massacred the crew. Now this new batch gives us an up close and personal look at what awaits Isaac Clarke in the darkness of space.

It was announced that THQ's ScrewJumper! will be hitting the Xbox 360 Live Arcade service for 800 MS points this coming November 14. In addition to that, the 12 achievements for the game were also revealed.

ScrewJumper! places players in the shoes of a mercenary who free falls into caverns in an effort to drive the aliens back by destroying their mining equipment. Click the "read more" link below to know more.

Propaganda Games is almost ready to ship its Sony PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Xbox 360 rendition of the classic Nintendo 64 shooter Turok. Before that, though, they'll give everyone who pre-ordered Turok a special treat. A demo disc with 30 minutes worth of gameplay and a cool shirt are both in store for everyone who can spare US$ 5.00.

BioWare continues to release more information on Mass Effect as it gears up for the game's November release. This time we get the skinny on the different alien races present in the upcoming action/RPG title for the Microsoft Xbox 360 home video game console. Read on.

• The Turian Hierarchy - The turians are the greatest threat to Alliance interests. While the batarians are more openly hostile, they are a second-rate power. The Hierarchy is powerful, stable, and proactive in suppressing perceived threats. There is continued friction between jingoistic human and turian organizations, who wish to "settle" the diplomatically-resolved First Contact War.
