Fallout 3 - Image 1Anticipating the launch of the Mothership Zeta DLC for Fallout 3 on the Xbox 360 and PC, MTV Multiplayer asked Jeff Gardiner of Bethesda via an email interview if it would be possible to raise the level cap from the current 30. His answer: it's not advisable as it could make the game unbalanced.

Fallout 3 Mothership Zeta DLC - Image 1 Now that they've given out a rough schedule for the PS3 releases of the Fallout 3 DLC, Bethesda has turned to address the Xbox 360 and PC-playing masses eagerly awaiting the arrival of Mothership Zeta, the fifth DLC pack for the game.

id Software - Image 1 When ZeniMax scooped up id Software last month, speculation started about possible collaborations between id and Bethesda almost immediately started up. Those looking for new IP from the Doom creator will have to wait a bit longer, though, as id still has their hands full.

id Software - Image 1Doom and Rage (PC, PS3, Xbox 360) developer id Software has joined Bethesda Softworks under the wings of new parent company ZeniMax. A press release announcing the acquisition of the former by the latter has just been released.

Fallout 3 Point Lookout DLC - Image 1Yeah, the street date on Fallout 3's Point Lookout DLC has been broken, but even if you already have the retail codes, you'll have to wait until the official Tuesday launch to play it. Fallout 3 - Image 1Making history is Fallout 3's Point Lookout DLC. No, this time, it's not for another record-breaking number, but rather, it's for having the first broken street date for a DLC. The said  DLC was supposed to arrive not till next Tuesday.

Bethesda and 2K Games - Image 1A day after Bethesda launched their various Game of the Year and Deluxe packages of Oblivion and The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind as digital copies via Steam, then came the announcement that Bethesda Softworks and 2K Games are teaming up together to provide bundles for BioShock AND The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
