After being confirmed for a 2009 release back in March, we've now narrowed down the waiting period for Sega's "Modern Day Spy-RPG", Alpha Protocol (Xbox 360, PS3, and PC). The release date: October 6th 2009 for North America.

At this rate, if all these bills being proposed get written into actual law, video game box art would be obsolete. Following last week's proposal of having a huge list of warnings on game boxes (sodomy, rape, bestiality, incest, murder, etc.), a new bill now wants a warning label linking photosensitivity epilepsy and video games.

According to the Resident Evil 5 product page on Xbox Japan, the game will be getting DLC. New environments? New playable characters? New weapons? Dunno. Wasn't mentioned. I'm just as frustrated as you are, believe you me.

A rumor flared up earlier today that Resident Evil 5 will support up to 16 people for offline multiplayer.

Not gonna happen. Capcom has shot this down as an error.
