As many of you already know, Batman: Arkham Asylum (PS3, Xbox 360, PC) is an action adventure title that places you in control of Batman while he does his thing in the halls of Arkham. The game is supposed to come out late next year. We realize it may be hard to wait that long to don cape and cowl so here are some fresh screens of the game to sate your appetite for now.

The rumor mill is abuzz over talks of someone making a grab for Eidos Interactive's parent company, SCi Entertainment. The big names mentioned were the US company, Electronic Arts, and the French company, Ubisoft.

This story first broke last Wednesday when a UK journalist wrote on his twitter account that Eidos’ British PR firm Barrington Harvey sought to prevent any review lower than 8.0/10 for Tomb Raider: Underworld (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, DS, PC, PS2) from getting published until three days after the game has launched.
