With the new NBA season prepping for the tip-off tonight, EA Sports also readies a patch to activate the Dynamic Season feature that'll sync NBA Live 10 with the real NBA action. Also adding to the action will be quite a number of bug fixes and gameplay adjustments to make sure you keep playing all-season long. Wouldn't make much sense getting a season-long feature if you're gonna give up on the buggy gameplay on the first week, yes?

Epic Games is readying a new title update for Gears of War 2, but apparently it hasn't passed certification yet so they can't give out a release date at the moment. What they do have is a list of all the changes included in Title Update 4. Check it out after the jump.

Paul McCartney's ex-wife Heather Mills was reportedly approached by Capcom to promote Bionic Commando. But after the tabloid flame bait demanded six figures and to be the star of the game, plans would naturally hit the toilet. But according to her side of the story, Capcom refused to donate a large sum to charity in exchange for her cooperation. Mills then went on, calling the publisher "stingy," so Radd Spencer remains the star of Bionic Commando.

And so the Survival Pack for Valve's Left 4 Dead has finally landed - for free! Coupled with this news is that of a special new price for both the retail and Steam versions of the game. *UPDATE* A patch has been rolled out for the PC version's DLC to squish some issues.

Patch v1.1 for Fallout 3 is now live, with a lot of bug fixes and quest fixes in tow. Trophy support for the PS3 is now also live. You can check out the full list of changes in the full article. The Xbox 360-exclusive DLC packs have also been dated, and will arrive on January 27.

It's time for an update on the upcoming Map Pack for Infinity Ward's Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. The variety pack is currently in the process of certification with Microsoft. Also, we got further details on the other builds for other platforms. Read more after the jump!

Halo 3 players will definitely have their hands full with the newest set of updates from the developers at Bungie Studios. This week's list of changes includes a lot of bug fixes and some adjustments made to the Ranked Big Team Battle's party size. Team Fortress 2 (Xbox 360, PC, PS3) fans may have noticed that Valve has recently released a patch for the Xbox 360 version of the game. While the patch doesn't introduce any huge changes to the game, you might want to check out a list of the included updates in the full article.

Nick Button-Brown, director of business development for EA Partners, recently commented that European game developers are more creative than American devs, saying that teams from the US are "all about the money" and so take less chances in the creative process.

Not that this means he doesn't have respect for American studios, as he recently praised US-based Harmonix for their creativity in making Rock Band. Read more in the full article.
