Microsoft has just announced today that they will be launching the Official European Halo 3 Tournament Sponsored by Samsung.

As the countdown to the big Halo 3 launch begins, Bungie Studios and Microsoft are upping the ante even more with the announcement that Xbox Live Gold members will receive Halo 3 goodies free of charge. These goodies include a Halo 3 Dashboard theme, a Halo 3 Gamerpic, and two documentaries about the video game.

You'll have to stay up pretty late tonight because the Halo 3 theme and picture pack will be available when the clock strikes 12:00 a.m. The documentary, Inside Bungie: Halo 3 - The Story, will be yours for the taking on Friday. Discussions of new game features as well as Bungie team member interviews will be on the video, so don't miss it.

Well, some more content has hit the Marketplace today for NHL 2K6 in the form of a NHL 2K6 Picture Pack. NHL 2K6, by 2K Sports, came out at the launch of the system and although it's taken quite a while for the sports themes and pictures to come out they are finally here. So if your a hockey fanatic or just want a gamerpic that looks like Jason Voorhies with a hockey mask on go ahead and check them out.

Well, it looks like the unknown release date that we reported earlier today for the Cadillac V-Series is TODAY. The new download for Project Gotham Racing 3 still features the three V-series Cadillacs that we have mentioned: the CTS-V, the STS-V and the XLR-V. The Cadillac collection seems to be a gateway to a contest as well - if you place in the top 100 for the Nurburgring F1 Circuit, you will receive an exclusive gamerpic.
