Xbox 360 Weekend Warrior - Image 1It's been a hectic week for Microsoft, what with the big game Halo 3: ODST coming out to the market pre-maturely than they would have wanted. They also had one of their top execs, Shane Kim, move out, and in his stead were two Xbox execs. No time to wallow indeed, especially when you have new hardware coming out, like the new Zune HD. Let's see how they fare in the coming days. But for this week, I'd have to say, MS did a pretty good job holding up to the stress. Read on after the jump to check out the full Xbox 360 Weekend Warrior.

Modern Warfare 2 - Image 1Think Activision was only putting out peripherals for their rhythm games? Think again. Infinity Ward's upcoming first-person shooter, Modern Warfare 2 (Xbox 360, PS3, and PC), may also get its own controller. If you're thinking of getting the Prestige Edition you might want to make sure you have some extra money for this as well.

Marvel vs Capcom 2 - Image 1Just because we're getting Marvel vs Capcom 2 on PSN and XBLA doesn't mean we're also gonna be seeing Marvel vs Capcom 3 on those online services any time soon. This was revealed by Capcom's Seth Killian, who clarified that the MvC2 licensing deal doesn't cover MvC3. Killian also revealed that licensing problems are standing in the way of a US release of Tatsunoko vs Capcom.

MadCatz semi-launches Halo 3 accessories page - Image 1This is for all of you hardcore Halo fans out there in gamer land. Video game console accessories maker MadCatz has finally launched the official website for their upcoming "Halo 3 themed" Xbox 360 accessories.

Well, kind of, anyway. The whole page may seem like a glorified placeholder to some of you.

No information on the accessories are there yet aside from the usual marketing blurbs. Right now, all we're sure of are some new Halo 3 faceplates from MadCatz, but for a huge title like Halo 3, we're certain that more will be coming.

According to the website, the accessories will be out by Fall - just in time for Halo 3's reported September 25 release date. If you want to check out the site, click on the "read" link below.
