Here's some nifty Halloween week treat for you all Call of Duty: World at War (PS3, Xbox 360, PC, Wii) fans. The Map Packs will be offered at a 50% discount on both the PSN and the XBL this week. all the way till November 1st.

Electronic Arts and Double Fine Productions Inc. has announced that the first downloadable content for the heavy metal inspired third person action game Brutal Legend (PS3, Xbox 360) will be coming to PSN and Xbox LIVE this November.

We know that Infinity Ward and Activision have at least two map packs planned for Modern Warfare 2. Thanks to Monster Beverage Company, who has a deal with Activision to produce MW2-branded energy drinks, we now know when one of those are coming.

With the first two map packs scoring over four million downloads, Treyarch is making sure that the third map pack for Call of Duty: World at War (PS3, Xbox 360, PC, Wii) will live up to the standard set by its two predecessors. Good news, Gears of War 2 players. If you weren't able to get the All Fronts Collection DLC pack for Gears of War 2 when it showed up on the Marketplace last week, you can get it now along with Dark Corners.

The third map pack for Call of Duty: World at War (PS3, Xbox 360, PC, Wii) has big shoes to fill seeing as its two predecessors made quite a killing. Since their release, map packs 1 and 2 have scored more than four million downloads on Xbox Live and PSN combined.

The latest DLC for Halo Wars is now available for download. Microsoft and Robot Entertainment has released the Historical Battle Map Pack game add-on for the best selling real-time strategy game for the Xbox 360.

With the game breaking the 11 million mark last month and the unprecedented success of the 2 previous Map Packs, Activision and Treyarch have revealed today the first details of the upcoming Map Pack 3 for Call of Duty: World at War (PS3, Xbox 360, PC, Wii).

Battlestations: Pacific (also on PC) is getting two new download packs this month - starting today, actually, so said Eidos Interactive's press release sent out earlier. The new DLCs will have new units as well as maps for tailor-made battles.

Treyarch is also getting in on 4th of July celebrations in the US with a double XP weekend event for the PS3, Xbox 360, PC, and Wii versions of Call of Duty: World at War.
