Codemasters has some goodies for all of you Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising (PlayStation 3, Xboc 360, and PC) players as the first person tactical shooter's first DLC rolls out for its PC and Xbox 360 versions. We're still a long way from reaching Halo: Reach's Fall 2010 launch, but apparently someone really wanted to show the game off to others that they've leaked out a few blurry shots of it in action.

If you are indeed, then you might enjoy testing those smarts with Encleverment Experiment, "a clever game for gamers who think they are clever." Blitz Arcade is throwing this game into Xbox Live within a few weeks, so here's your heads up.

Rockstar and Microsoft have something special planned in celebration of the launch of Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Liberty City and The Ballad of Gay Tony. This weekend, anybody who wants to play both games as well as Grand Theft Auto IV over Xbox Live can do so for free.

Microsoft has completed another system update, and those connected to Xbox Live should be prompted to accept the mandatory update any time now, if they haven't gotten it already. Hold yer horses, though, young'un, this ranch ain't ridin' them fancy Facebook, Twitter, Last.fm, and Zune features just yet.

The Xbox 360 is keeping those third party devices at bay and those who intend to make any would literally need Microsoft's seal of approval. X-Gaming does not have such a seal. So instead of knocking on Steve Ballmer's door to get a "yes" and later find Major Nelson clarifying it as a "no", X-Gaming found a way to bypass security to enable the use of their X-Arcade stick for the Xbox 360. The irony of it all? It uses a PS2 adapter.

As soon as it came out, so it was pulled back in. The much-awaited launch of the Sky TV service on Xbox Live encountered some major snafu, forcing Microsoft to pull the service a short while after its launch. The reason: "unforeseen technical issue."
