Since it first wowed the world at E3 back in June, Project Natal became commonplace when talks came to motion control. Nearly four months later at TGS 09, it seems that the elite publishers of the industry have seriously considered those talks - Microsoft has announced that the crème de la crème of the gaming industry is going to support Project Natal. |

It's been a hectic week for Microsoft, what with the big game Halo 3: ODST
coming out to the market pre-maturely than they would have wanted. They
also had one of their top execs, Shane Kim, move out, and in his stead
were two Xbox execs. No time to wallow indeed, especially when you have new hardware coming
out, like the new Zune HD. Let's see how they fare in the coming days. But for this week, I'd have to say, MS did a pretty good job holding up to the stress. Read on after the jump to check out the full Xbox 360 Weekend Warrior. |

You can really feel the gaming expo heat building up when more and more publishers start handing out their lineups. We've seen quite a lot of games coming to TGS 2009 by now, and adding to that list is Namco Bandai, bringing games from franchises that the merged companies are well-known for. |

Siliconera went patent-spotting recently and guess what they found -
two Namco Bandai patents sharing a similar theme: "Skies of Fury" and "Skies
of Hostility." When Namco Bandai and skies are on the same subject line, one
would probably remember their flight simulator, Ace Combat, which
hasn't been making its presence felt in the gaming scene in a while.
Another installment, maybe? |

A Japanese game developer has let out a bombshell on his blog, saying
that Microsoft did pay off Namco Bandai to secure an "exclusive" Xbox 360 release for Tales of Vesperia.
Hold it, though. That's not the best bit. The more interesting part is
that Namco used the Microsoft subsidy to cut down the costs of the
development of the PS3 version. In essence, therefore, Microsoft paid
for the PS3 version's development. That got your attention, didn't it? There's more after the jump. |
