A guy got kicked out from a New York City library after he reportedly brought a monitor, a wireless router, an Xbox 360, his external HD, a controller and a headset then began playing a shooter game, possibly Halo 3 or Call of Duty  using the library's public Wi-Fi connection.

Prototype - Image 1When apocalyptic havoc threatens to extinguish mankind, the action always has to be in  New York City. How many times have we seen this city in the thick of total devastation? I've lost count. The opening cinematic for Prototype (PS3, Xbox 360, PC) also sees a completely trashed NYC, but you gotta admit, it looks bad-ass.

TMNT: Turtles In Time - Image 1You may have already heard that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time is getting a refresh by way of a remake for the Xbox Live Arcade. Pics of the remake have been floating around the 'Net for a while now, but here's what is probably the first footage of the upcoming game. We've also come across some reports saying that Turtles In Time is also heading for the Wii.

Rockstar Games Announces Max Payne 3 for Winter 2009 - Image 1Despite the critical calamity that is the Max Payne movie, the video game arm of the franchise is still going strong. Midway Delisted from NYSE, Leaves ESA - Image 1 It's not looking good for Mortal Kombat studio, Midway Games. The company, which recently filed for a Chapter 11 bankruptcy, was officially delisted from the New York Stock Exchange. Further adding to its growing list of pains is its departure from E3 group, the Entertainment Software Association.
