An Ubisoft scriptwriter has confirmed that work has already begun on Ubisoft Montreal's follow-up to last year's Far Cry 2 (PS3, Xbox 360, PC), and apparently it "looks pretty exciting."

It seems Infinity Ward isn't too bothered with how realistic Modern Warfare 2 turns out to be. They recognize that what they're out to do is to entertain people, and so realism will be taking a back seat to entertainment this time around.

A screenshot has surfaced showing something completely new, something completely mysterious - yet something quite familiar too.

Here's your good news for the day. According to a recently found job listings, the BioShock team is looking for a team who will be responsible for multiplayer gameplay. Seems BioShock 2: Sea of Dreams will get what was sorely lacking in the first game.

We can't open the week without some speculation, now can we? Today we hear of the latest batch of rumors from UK's OPM publication. What's the Tokyo Game Show without Square Enix? It just won't be the same. Squeenix has released details of the booth at the event. Jeez I wish I was going. They're coming with demos of several games, including ones for the upcoming Kingdom Hearts games, and also Dissidia: Final Fantasy. They even have a Chrono Trigger museum. Sweet.
