Uh-oh! I hope our friends from Left4Friends didn't catch this. PAX sources are now reporting that they do have a confirmed case of the H1N1 virus (commonly but misleadingly known as Swine Flu) from their recently-concluded Washington event.

Get ready for the next battle video. We've got one right here out of PAX 09, and it stars Yoshimitsu in his Cardboard Tube Samurai costume, in which he'll be taking on Heihachi. Nothing like a gameplay vid to inspire the juggling creativity, so let's play this thing already.

PAX 09 certainly saw lots of action all over the gaming scene, but the boys of South Park aren't about to let the glory go to all those AAA titles. Watch Stan, Kyle, Kenny, and Eric set-up their towers and do some damage of their own, and they won't let the battle end without cussing the crap out of the enemy.

Ok guys, more PAX 2009 videos coming your way. This time were showing some live gameplay footage of Bioware's upcoming action-RPG title Mass Effect 2 (Xbox 360 and PC). The second installment of the highly successful game franchise, the game will feature an upgraded combat system, improved AI, new weapons and new enemies. Video after the link.

EA Montreal's Army of Two: The 40th Day (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PlayStation Portable) got some floor time during the weekend at PAX 09 and our event partners, Left4Friends, were right there in the thick of it. Here's a short video of Salem and Rios doing what they do best: running around and shooting people.

Another action-packed week for QJ with QuickPeek 88. Price cuts happened, hardware sales charts came out with their results, and developers and publishers alike came out once again from their magical gaming factories to hawk their wares at the PAX 2009 event held in Washington. It's been a busy - and good - week for Microsoft. Not only did they successfully implement the price drops, they've also successfully reaped in the benefits. Too early to say, yes, I know, but with a strong number of 43% up in sales (even if it's just for the Xbox 360 Elite), it's no wonder there's more bounce in their steps as of late. After all, they're not at the bottom of the pile when it comes to hardware sales, if you catch my drift. But hardware is not the only thing that went on this week, especially not when another gaming event is going on. So jump right in!
