Final Fantasy 11 players should mark their calendars this March because that's when the next version update will be arriving. This bit of news was announced today by the developers from Square Enix today, which mentions the new update focusing on new quests and areas previously unavailable to the game's expansion Wings of the Goddess.

This, certainly, is what we call ending the year and starting the new one with a bang! Final Fantasy XI's latest in-game event, Rodents of Fortune, has been ongoing for a couple of days now. Its target end time is midnight on January 14.
