It seems Factor 5's financial problems has led to even more trouble after the developer shut down last month. Former Factor 5 employees are now suing the Lair developer for fraudulent behavior in order to get out of paying their debts, Gamasutra reports.

Factor 5, the San Rafael, CA-based US developer has now officially shut down for business after succumbing to financial trouble. The announcement was made on their official website, adorned with images of the games they have completed, mostly for the Star Wars franchise, and was also responsible for the PS3 title Lair.

LucasArts has released more details for the upcoming Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Republic Heroes game which is currently being developed by Krome Studios for PC, PS3, PSP, Wii, and Xbox 360. LucasArts Singapore is taking care of the DS version. More after the jump.

Here's an interesting-but-not-confirmed update to the saga of Star Wars: Battlefront 3's development. DarkZero reports that the game is now no longer in the hands of Rebellion Developments, suggesting that the game is back in the arms of Pandemic Studios.

We hear this footage was taken from an alpha meeting with the team - now since this is from alpha, that means it's taken from an early build of the game. Though that might be the case, it does sure look impressive as it is (err, was). It's a shame, really. Too bad we'll never see what Battlefront 3 will eventually look like would it have been released in the future. *sniff*
