X-men Origins: Wolverine - Image 1Snikt! Unleash those adamantium claws, bub. We're watching the first ever trailer for the upcoming X-Men Origins: Wolverine game. It's in pure CG animation and looks almost exactly like what you see in the trailers for the movie. Man, the only thing lacking here in this trailer is Deadpool. (Well, yeah, him and a whole bunch of gameplay footage too.)

X-Men Origins: Wolverine - Image 1Wolverine's one of the deadliest fighters ever to be dreamed up by Marvel, and his new video game sounds like its going to live up to his reputation. He has influences in God of War, Devil May Cry, and... Super Smash Bros. Well, why not? Kirby kicks butt too, you know.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine - Image 1Liked that first screenshot of X-Men Origins: Wolverine (Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, DS, PSP) much, didn't you? That's just a whiff of more bad-ass things to come. Activision's just released more salivating info on this adamantium-armed hero and his solo game.

Spider-man: Web of Shadows - Image 1Aww, poor Tricia Helfer Black Cat - she never knew what hit her! Oh well, knowing Spidey, they're bound to just kiss and make up... eventually. Today, we have a new Spider-man: Web of Shadows video interview - this time about the game's combat system. Looks like it's a lot of bouncing around (take it from Tigger: it's bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy, fun fun fun fun fun!) and timed button presses for some maximum damage. Check out the video in the full article.

PC Magazine featured 10 controllers that it describes as "weird" even by current gaming standards. Still, we found the NES Mini very cute, we say that the Resident Evil 4 Chainsaw is ingenious, but we're still thinking of ways to have fun with the Xbox 360 keyboard. Click on the images to see the full image and name

We're not sure how a controller officially becomes "weird," but we guess if it's popular, it can't be weird. We thought the WiiMote, Dreamcast controller and the Dance Dance Revolution were weird at first, but hey, they eventually became cool. We're still frustrated over the fact that we've never seen people do Wolverine and Spiderman air combos with dance pads, though.

Wanna see more controllers that will twist the way you play your old games? There's plenty left after the jump!
